This half term our Cornerstones topic is TREMORS.
This is a geography topic that explores volcanoes and earthquakes.
The children have enjoyed taking part in their memorable experience where we made our very own volcanoes using a bottle of coke and mentos. The children found it very funny watching some of the teachers get drenched from standing too close to our make-shift volcanoes!
English - This half term we will be covering a range of genres including newspapers. We will explore the features of newspapers and learn about their purpose as well ass eventually writing their own newspaper reports.
