Welcome back for the Summer term in Nursery and Hello to all new children that are joining us this term. 

This term we are learning all about Animals. We will be looking at Minibeasts first and their lifecycles as well as all sorts of animals. We will even have a visit from the Farm on Wheels in May.

Very Hungry Caterpillar Teams Up with License Connection - Licensing International

Please remember that it is Forest school on a Tuesday and PE on a Thursday this term.

This week we have been learning all about The Very Hungry Caterpillar and the life cycle of a butterfly. 

   

We studied our own caterpillars and will be watching them change over the coming weeks. 

We have been investigating all sorts of different minibeasts this week, we found so many at Forest school!

  

We enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire at Forest school today.

  

We had an exciting visit from the Farm on Wheels today, we met calves, lambs, rabbits, chicks and a rat. We loved feeding and stroking all of the animals and learning all about what they eat, where they live and what their babies are called.
