Week beginning Monday 6th June
Our stories this term are all from the same author Oliver Jeffers, we have learnt some new vocabulary this week to use when talking about books such as author and illustrator. The story we have focussed on is Here We Are and we have enjoyed learning some different facts about the author. We also really enjoyed playing the kindness string game and it was so lovely to hear all the lovely things the children have to say about one another.
Week beginning Monday 13th June
This week our story was The Way Back Home, and we have done many space activities. In maths, we have been learning all bout odds and evens, how we can work them out which one a number is. Why not have a watch of the number blocks episode odds and even.
Week beginning Monday 20th June
Well done everyone in RJW on a fantastic and sunny sports day! All the children took part wonderfully and enjoyed a well-deserved choc-ice after the activities.
