Hello and welcome to Nursery!
This term we will be focusing our learning around the topic 'Ourselves and Our community'. We will be learning all about our bodies and our feelings as we start the term. We will then move on to learning about Autumn.
This term Forest school will be on a Thursday. As the weather gets colder please dress your children in waterproof coats and wellies. We will be focussing our learning around the season of Autumn in our sessions.
Please read with your child at home as much as possible and complete the home learning set each week. If you have any questions about homework please don't hesitate to get in touch.
We have started our Ten Town this half term, this is the program we use to teach the children their numbers, you can find out more about Ten Town by clicking the picture below.
This week the children have been getting to know each other, making friends and learning the Nursery routines. We have been learning about ourselves and our families and have been working together to create our family book and all about me collages.
We enjoyed a lovely visit from the Police today, we were able to try on their uniform, sit in the Police car and learn all about the job of a Police officer.
